Trekking and Mountaineering activities are run in the Peak District, Wales and The Lake District at various locations to suit the abilities and fitness levels of your group. A planned fitness programme could be put together in improve fitness levels starting with easy walks in the Peak District and building up to a more challenging climb up a higher mountain in another part of the UK.

Navigation could be included in this starting with basic compass and map work leading up to more detailed navigation techniques for tackling poor visibility and what to do if lost could be included as well.
