TRUTH & TRUST ADVENTURE

These apply to every person booked onto a Truth & Trust Adventure activity. If booking on behalf of a third party you accept these terms on their behalf and so it is important that you make them aware.
1. FEES
1.1. All activity fees are exempt of VAT.
1.2. All places must be reserved by us receiving a email confirmation or  completed booking form and full payment or 30% deposit.
1.3. The balance of the fee is payable 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the activity. In the event that the balance is not paid we will have the discretion to treat the booking as cancelled by the client and re-sell the course/activity.
1.4. The whole activity fee is required to reserve a place for any activity made within 4 weeks of the commencement of the course/activity.
1.5. Gift Vouchers or any other Offers to be paid on receipt of Invoice.
2. CANCELLATION BY CLIENT
2.1. All cancellations must be in writing.
2.2. Truth & Trust Adventure once notified by letter or e-mail of the cancellation will use its best endeavors to re-sell the course/activity.
2.3. In the event that the course/activity is resold prior to the commencement of the activity, the client will receive a full refund less deposit.
2.4. Refunds will only be made after the start date of the activity has commenced
2.5. In the event that the course/activity is not resold prior to the commencement of the activity, the client will be charged the following cancellation fees:-
2.5.1. 75% of the total course fee where cancellation takes place between 15-28 days prior to the commencement of the course/activity: or
2.5.2. 100% of the total course fee where cancellation takes place up to 14 days prior to the commencement of the course.
3. CANCELLATION BY TRUTH & TRUST ADVENTURE.
3.1 Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that activities actually run, Truth & Trust Adventure will notify the client of cancellation as soon as practicable where it believes on reasonable grounds that cancellation is necessary due to dangerous and/or unsuitable conditions for the course/activity or any unforeseen event.
3.2 Truth & Trust Adventure shall notify the client of cancellation not less than five days prior to the commencement of the course/activity where numbers as a result of client(s) cancellation failed to reach a workable minimum for the commencement of the course/activity.
3.3 In the event of cancellation clients will be offered the choice of the following options:-
3.3.1 Full refund of the course/activity fee paid. (If Direct Booking and not 3rd Party).
3.3.2 Another course/activity on different dates.
3.3.3 Credit notes will be issued for events that occur outside of our control. 
3.4 Course/activity participants are advised to take out cancellation insurance.
3.5 Neither the Seller nor the Buyer shall be held liable for failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Contract, if such performance is delayed or hindered by the occurrence of an unforeseeable act or event which is beyond the reasonable control of either party (“Force Majeure Events”).
3.6 Acts or events constituting Force Majeure Events shall include, but not limited to Act of God, government intervention, directives or policies.
3.7 The party affected by a Force Majeure Event shall notify the other as soon as soon as reasonably practicable after commencement of a Force Majeure Event.
4. SAFETY & PARTICIPATION STATEMENT
Adventure activities are potentially hazardous with a danger of personal injury. By booking a course/activity you are aware of and accept these risks and will be responsible for your own and your groups actions and involvement. An instructor who holds the relevant awards or qualifications will lead these activities and will maintain a high level of safety throughout the activities. To enable Truth & Trust Adventure to manage these risks you agree to acknowledge the need for responsible behavior and that the instructor’s word is final on all matters of safety. You confirm that you are familiar with the nature of the activities that you wish to undertake and acknowledge those risks that are inherent therein and that you may freely withdraw from the activity and there is no pressure whatsoever to take part.
5. INSURANCE & LOSS
Our courses/activities do not include any personal accident, cancellation, or personal injury insurance. We recommend that you take out your own policy with a sports leisure company. We will accept no responsibility whatsoever in respect of loss or damage to personal property.
